Our products are of the highest quality.  We will accept returns for manufacture faults only.

We do not offer refunds.

It is your responsibility to check the items before you leave our store.

Exchanges are at the manager’s discretion

Items must be in their original condition and packaging (unworn and undamaged) if you require an exchange.

We will refund items up to 7 days if there is a manufacturing fault with the product.

If we feel the item has been used and is no longer in a saleable condition, we will not exchange the product.

We will not accept any returns on earrings under any circumstances due to hygiene.

Online

You must inform us of any dissatisfaction with the item immediately in writing via email to deepa@jewel-affair.com

Items must be posted back to us within 5 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund/exchange*

You are responsible for postage and packing when returning an item via post. We recommend you send the item back via recorded delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unworn/undamaged)

If we feel the item has been used and is no longer in a saleable condition, we will contact you to either send the item back to you or provide you a partial refund of what seems reasonable for the item.

We will not accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the item back.
